Thick-film resistors provide up to 1 GΩ
Designed for military/aerospace applications requiring high-reliability, as well as ultra-high voltage and resistance values, the CMH Series thick film resistors are rated to 20,000 V and offer values from 330 kΩ to 1 GΩ. The resistors suit a variety of applications including military communications, radar equipment, high-voltage power supplies, and medical electronics.
Power ratings range from 0.25 to 5 W at 70°C, tolerances are to ±1%, and TCRs are to ±100ppm/°C. While the military-rated devices are exempt from RoHS compliance, an RoHS-compliant commercial version (CGH Series) is also available. (Contact David Winkler for pricing — stock to 10 weeks ARO.)
