Thin-film resistors offer tolerances to ±0.02%

Suited for a variety of high-precision applications, the PLT series precision thin-film resistors feature standard TCR of ±5 ppm/°C and tolerances down to ±0.02% over a temperature range of –55° to 125°C. The resistors are offered in case sizes 0603, 0805, and 1206, with standard values from 250 to 100 kΩ.

The resistors offer low noise of ≤ –30 dB, voltage coefficients of 0.1 ppm/V, and power ratings from 150 to 400 mW at 70°C, and feature a corrosion-resistant film, with SPM enhancement. The RoHS-compliant series is available with lead-free or lead terminations, and is flame-resistant in accordance to UL 94V-0.
