Thin-film resistors suit automatic soldering
Offered in 0603, 0805, and 1206 case sizes, the NPU e3 series high-precision thin-film flat-chip resistors suit processing on automatic SMD assembly systems and for automatic soldering using wave, reflow, or vapor phase. The moisture-resistant devices feature standard values of 100 Ω to 100 kΩ for the Type TNPU0603, 100 Ω to 332 kΩ for the Type TNPU0805, and 100 Ω to 511 kΩ for the Type TNPU1206.
Resistance tolerances are as low as ±0.05%, with TCR to ±5 ppm/K at –55° to 125°C, and operating voltages from 75 to 200 V. The RoHS-compliant resistors have pure tin plating, providing compatibility with Pb-free and Pb-containing soldering processes. (From $0.70 to $0.80 — 8 weeks ARO.)
