The 1347TL transimpedance amplifier (TIA)/limiting amplifier (LIA) is designed to support data rates up to 11.3 Gbits/s while offering a stressed receiver sensitivity of –15 dBm (OMA) for 10GBase-ER stress conditions. Additional features include 12-kΩ differential electrical gain, input-referred noise density of 9 pA/√Hz, an input overload current of 3.2 mAp-p, and an output voltage of 450 mVp-p.
Measuring 880 x 1,100 µm, the TIA/LIA has fast rise and fall times of 15 ps, consumes 105 mW, an operates from a 3.3-V supply. (Call company for pricingavailable now.)
