Available in a 4.0 x 2.5 x 0.9-mm SMD package, the 32.768-kHz ASHK CMOS clock oscillator features a supply current of 0.8 to 1.5 μA and a startup time of on1y 1 s for a supply voltage of 1.5 to 5.5 V. In addition, the part offers a 20-ppm stability, a −40° to 85°C temperature range, and a real-time clock frequency oscillator that requires no adjustment.
