Tiny dual-ch Rx module is highly integrated

The LTM9002 dual-channel IF/baseband receiver subsystem includes a dual 14-bit A/D converter sampling up to 125 Msamples/s, antialiasing filters, fixed gain differential ADC drivers, and 12-bit trim D/A converters. The part achieves 90-dB isolation at 140-MHz input frequency and an overall gain of 26 dB typ, which varies less than 0.1 dB between the two channels.

Additional features include 66-dB SNR up to 70-MHz input and 76-dB SFDR up to 140-MHz input. Packaged in a 11.25 x 15-mm LGA package, the device offers a supply voltage from 3 to 3.3-V supply, a power consumption of 1.3 W (665 mW/ch), and shutdown and nap modes. ($99.25 ea/1,000 — available now.)
