Tiny melf resistors handle up to 1/5 W

The MLF and MLFM series of thin film melf packaged resistors come in 0102, 0204, and 0207 sizes with power handling capabilities from 0.125 to 1.0 W, derated form 70°C. The 0102 size is rated for either 0.125 or 0.20 W and is 0.079 x 0.051 inches with a diameter of 0.020 inches.

The 0102 size has a working voltage of 150 V and comes with 0.1% to 5.0% tolerances. Available temperature coefficients run from 15 to 100 ppm/°C. An example part number MLF18DTE4K75 is a 4.75 KΩ 0102 size with 0.5% tolerance and 25 ppm TCR. Pricing starts at $0.025 ea/full reel. Contact factory for availability.
