Tiny receiver operates at 10 to 16 GHz

Operating from 10 to 16 GHz, the XR1015-QH GaAs pHEMT receiver integrates a LNA, an image reject mixer, and an LO buffer amplifier within a fully molded 4 x 4-mm QFN package. This device is well suited for point-to-point radio, LMDS, SatCom and VSAT applications.

Features include a noise figure of 2.5 dB and conversion gain of 12 dB. The image-reject mixer eliminates the need for a bandpass filter after the LNA to remove thermal noise at the image frequency. (Call company for pricing and availability.)
