Tiny TCXO suits wireless comm apps

Measuring just 2.5 x 2.0 mm, the VFTX250 TCXO delivers frequency stability of ±0.5 ppm and is available across the industrial temperature range of –40° to 85°C. The part offers output frequencies up to 52 MHz in the low-power clipped sine wave output with supply voltages ranging from 2.8 to 2.5 V.
