LIS331 series triaxial MEMS accelerometers come in custom 3 x 3 x 0.9-mm plastic packages to address space and weight constraints in portable electronics. The low-power devices are immune to vibration and shock to 10,000 G.

The LIS331DL has a SPI/I2C digital interface and smart features such as click / double-click recognition, wake-up and motion detection, high-pass filtering, and dual-interrupt capability The analog-output LIS331AL provides built-in self-test capability, individual acceleration values for all three axes, and a full-scale output range of ±2.0 G.
