Tiny tuner is highly integrated

Suited for DVB-H, mobile TV applications, the MAX2165 single-conversion tuner integrates all of the tuning functionsalong with an RF-tracking filter, LNA, transmit-reject notch filter, and programmable-baseband low-pass channel-selection filtersinto a 28-pin TQFN. The tuner consumes only 21 mW of power at 8% duty cycle, covers a 470 to 780-MHz UHF-signal range, and operates from a single 2.85-V supply.

The device is fully compliant with MBRAI and Nordig requirements, and is specified to operate over the -40° to 85°C extended temperature range. (From $4 ea/1,000—available now.)
