Measuring 0.5 x 0.5 in, the CVCO55CC-2900-3400 VCO operates from 2,900 to 3,400 MHz with a control-voltage range range of 0.5 to 18 V. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -107 dBc/Hz at 10-kHz offset.
