Tiny VCO operates from 827 to 840 MHz

Packaged in an industry-standard 0.5 x 0.5-in. SMT package, the CVCO55CC-0827-0840 VCO operates from 827 to 840 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.2 to 4.7 V. The part features a typical phase noise of –124 dBc/Hz at 10-kHz offset and an output power of typically –6.5 dBm.

Input voltage is 5 V, with a maximum current consumption of 30 mA. Pulling and pushing are minimized to 0.05 MHz and 0.05 MHz/V, respectively. Second-harmonic suppression is –18 dBc typical. (Contact company for pricing and availability.)
