TN-type LCD has 2 rows of 20 characters each
Up to two rows of 20 characters each can be displayed by this reflective
TN-type LCD module. Characters are formed using a 5 x 7 dot matrix that
can be configured as 208 different characters or symbols, including
alphanumeric and KANA. The viewing angle is 20 °. Instruction
functions include display clear, cursor on/off, and character blinking.
The processor is addressable in 4- or 8-bit format. External dimensions
are 4.6 x 1.5 x 0.43 in. with a character height of 0.13 x 0.19 in. An
LED-backlit version is also available. ($17.65 ea/1,000–12 weeks ARO.)
