TO-8 VCO operates from 800 to 1,600 MHz

The CVCOT8BE-0800-1600 VCO operates from 800 to 1,600 MHz and features a typical phase noise of 92 dBc/Hz at 10-kHz offset. Tuning sensitivity is rated at 79 MHz/V and pulling and pushing are minimized to 20.0 MHz and 4.0 MHz/V, respectively.

Additional features include a control voltage range of 0 to 20 V with an input voltage of 15 V. Maximum current consumption is 20 mA and output power is 10 dBm. It comes in a hermetically sealed TO-8 package and offers an operating temperature range of –40° to 85°C. Second harmonic suppression is –10 dBc typ. (Contact company for pricing and availability.)
