Well suited for military, aerospace, and industrial applications, the 12000X778 Series professional-grade toggle switches feature a double shell case for extra mechanical strength and electrical insulation, a front panel sealing that meets IP67 specifications, and a full epoxy-sealed base. The series comes standard with gold-plated solid-silver rivet contacts and a matte black chromium finish for a non-reflective appearance.
It is offered in double pole-double throw, three-pole, double-throw and four-pole, double-throw models in a variety of momentary and maintained configurations. Switches are available in both solder lug and pc terminals. All models feature a rugged 15/32” mounting bushing. The reliable contact mechanism is suitable for ultra-low level applications of 10 mA at 50 mV and 10 mA at 5 Vdc minimum with an electrical life up to 150,000 cycles. The parts are also rated for power applications at 2 A at 250 Vac, 4 A at 125 Vac, or 4 A at 30 Vdc max, with an electrical life up to 20,000 cycles. (Call company for pricing and availability.)
