For Windows NT and 95, BPE-CS32 performs pc-board autorouting and autoplacement,
automating the design flow from schematic capture to board layout. The
tool supports circuits of any size.

Features include a component editor for creating new parts, a component
library, and support of 1/12-mil resolution to allow fine-pitch traces.
File output may be generated in Postscript, RS274/274X Gerber, and RFQ
