Tool links CAE data to device testers
VTEST 1.3, when used with VTRAN 2.0, is offered as providing
cost-effective links between simulation results data and physical device
testers. VTRAN, a vector translation program, reads the simulation results
data and performs any necessary processing prior to handing the data over
to VTEST. VTEST then formats the data for the target tester, as well as
performs timing definition and resource allocation. Tester interfaces
supported include Sentry Series, Trillium testers, Advantest testers, and
the HP3070 tester. VTEST 1.3 runs on the Sun, HP/Apollo, Intergraph, IBM,
and DEC-MIPS platforms. (Single-node license, $8,995–available now.)
