Top-down solution for ASIC designs
Design-Solver is a fully integrated top-down design solution intended to
reduce design iterations associated with complex ASIC designs. The product
includes the company's Design Architect for design entry, AutoLogic for
synthesis, QuickSim II for mixed-level logic simulation, and QuickPath for
timing analysis. Design-Solver also includes two new test synthesis
products, FastScan and FlexTest. FastScan supports full-scan design
methodologies and provides up to 99+% fault coverage at 10 times the speed
of currently available ATPG tools. FlexTest, which supports sequential,
partial, and full-scan design methodologies, automatically creates test
vectors for ASIC and full-custom IC designs. Design-Solver runs on Sun
Sparcstations and HP-400 and 700 series platforms. (From $135,
