The EP30D-12 two-component elastomer combines the strength and chemical resistance of epoxy resins with the toughness, abrasion resistance, and flexibility of polyurethanes. The elastomer provides a 7,500-psi tensile strength, flexibility of 440% elongation at break, low moisture permeability, and high hydrolytic stability.
The material cures with minimal shrinkage in 5 to 6 hours at ambient temperatures. Adhesion to metals, glass, concrete, ceramics, wood, vulcanized rubbers and many plastics is excellent in temperatures from 50° to 120C).
