Tough epoxy withstands high temps

Formulated for structural applications with temperatures ranging from –80° to 425°F, the Supreme 33 epoxy exhibits superior resistance to thermal cycling, thermal shock and impact. The two-component epoxy has a mix ratio of 100:70 by weight or 1:1 by volume and cures at room temperature in 48 to 72 hours, with an extra 2 to 3 hours at 150° to 200°F for optimal performance.

The Supreme 33 is a 100% reactive epoxy, does not contain any solvents or diluents, offers a shear strength over 2,500 psi, a tensile shear strength greater than 7,500 psi and a T-peel strength exceeding 15 pli. The adhesive has a volume resistivity of 1,014 Ω-cm, a dielectric strength over 400 V/mil, and a dielectric constant of 3.8 at 75°F. (Contact company for pricing and availability.)
