Transformers designed for EE12.6 cores

A series of SMD current sense transformers have been developed to be compatible with EE12.6-cores, and extend existing designs based on E4.2- and EE5-cores. The transformers are suited for compact dc/dc converters with mid-range outputs. The primary winding offers dc resistance of 0.28 mΩ for all types, at a rated current of 40 A.

The transformers are available with inductances from 1.4 and 22.4 µH and secondary dc resistances of 400 and 2,500 mΩ. Turn ratios are between 1:50 and 1:200, with test voltages of 1,500 Vac. (Contact company for pricing — samples available now.)
