The CMLT3820G (npn) and CMLT7820G (pnp) low-VCE(sat) transistors are 60-V, 1-A devices packaged in a SOT-563 surface-mount case with a maximum profile of 0.6 mm. They target portable battery-powered applications, dc/dc conversion, voltage clamping, and protection circuits.
