The mLUX translucent flex antenna enables more creative design effects for mobile devices. The invisible antenna allows light and color to shine through and, when integrated into the display, enables increased use of metal on the back cover of the handset.
The device has a mesh with a Cu line width of 12-20 μm, and pitch of 300 μm, with transmittance typically around 80%. The antenna is assembled with adhesive to the mobile device display or cover and its total thickness is 130-185 μm. Frequency range is about 880 to 2450 MHz.
