Tricolor LED improves contrast, color, up-time

Intended for use in indoor or outdoor signage, the ASMT-YTB0 high-brightness tricolor SMT LED provides designers of full-color still/video application with better color control and contrast, as well as a 115 viewing angle. Each LED die has individual anode/cathode terminals for controlling each color, a black top surface to improve contrast, and a separate heat path to perform reliably with high currents/brightness.

The LEDs come in silicone-encapsulated PLCC-6 packages, and are RoHS compliant with a JEDEC Moisture Sensitivity Level of 2a (four-week floor life at <30°C / 60%RH). ($0.60 ea / 1,000 — available now.)
