In addition, it employs a passive architecture that requires no dc bias and no external components or matching circuitry. Features include an input IP3 of 20 dBm, a LO/RF isolation of 45 dB, a 2LO/IF isolation of 50 dB, and LO drive levels from 9 to 15 dBm. The HMC1015 is offered in bare-die form (size: 1.14 x 1.1 x 1.0 mm) and features RF I/Os that are internally matched to 50 Ω, allowing for simplified integration into higher-level modules and subsystems.($126.22 ea/10-99 — available now.)
