TTL enabled SPST analog switch

The 74AHC1G66 and 74AHCT1G66 are TTL enabled  single-pole single-throw analog switches. These high-speed Si-gate CMOS devices have two input/output pins (Y and Z) and an active HIGH enable input pin (E). The switches are specified from -40 Cel to +85 Cel and -40 Cel to +125 Cel.
