Tuner supports digital-terrestrial TV standard
Suited for terrestrial set-top boxes, iDTVs, and PC-TV receivers, the STV4100 silicon tuner IC operates at 600 mA. Measuring 5 x 5 mm, the chip saves up to 30 separate components and requires no adjustment.
Additional features include a single supply of 3.3 Vdc, an input frequency range of 174 to 230 MHz and 470 to 870 MHz, and a temperature range of –10° to 70°C. The STV4100 meets all DVB-T standards including DTG, Nordig Unified v2.0, and Digitenne. Housed in a VFQFN-32 package, the part is compatible with 5- and 3.3-V I2 C buses.
