TVS array meets
telecom needs
The VSB06P Series transient-voltage suppression
array has two pairs of isolated arrays to meet
high-frequency secondary telecom needs. It
handles 600 W of peak pulse power for a
10-/1,000-µs waveshape.
Capacitance is less than 25 pF. The array is
available in versions rated 5.5, 6.5, and 12 V
and comes in a single-in-line package with
0.100-in. centers. ($4.41 ea/1,000–stock.)
