Two-part epoxy works at temps to 250°F

The two-component EP30D-7 Polymer system combines the benefits of epoxy resins and polyurethanes and suits high performance bonding, sealing, coating, and encapsulating applications. The epoxy system works over the a temperature range of –100° to over 250°F and cures at room temperature.

The 100%-reactive system contains no solvents or diluents, offers tensile strength of ≥1,600 psi, a Shore A hardness of 90, an elongation of more than 40%, and a dielectric constant exceeding 400 V/mil. The epoxy resists thermal cycling and chemicals including water, fuels, and inorganic solvents. It is available in pint, quart, gallon, and 5-gallon containers kits.
