Two-stage LNAs support multiple air interfaces

The MML09212H and MML2024H two-stage LNAs address two gain stages in one solution and provide coverage across multiple air interfaces enabling an optimal blend of low noise, high gain and linearity. Both feature noise figures of 0.52 and 0.57 dB and exhibit 37.5 dB gain for high band frequencies, respectively.

At 900 MHz, the MML09212H features a OIP3 of 37.5 dB, a high reverse isolation of –58 dB, a supply current of 150 mA, a P1dB of 22.8 dBm. The MML09212H also operates over 400 to 1,400 MHz. At 1,950 MHz, the MML20242H offers a OIP3 of 39.5 dB, a high reverse isolation of –51 dB, a supply current of 160 mA, a P1dB of 24 dBm. The MML20242H operates from 1,400 to 2,800 MHz. Housed in a tiny 3 mm package, the compact solution helps developers reduce their overall chip count and board space. (Contact company for pricing — available now)
