UL is relocating from its current location in Vadnais Heights to expand on its existing high-tech and medical safety engineering and testing services to now offer local Human Factors Engineering services, Home Healthcare as well as access to comprehensive services to support medical and IVD manufacturers with regulatory submissions in global markets.

In 2012, UL acquired Wiklund R&D located in Concord, MA, bringing years of knowledge in Human Factors Engineering for medical and other devices.The new office in Mounds View, Minnesota will be the first major expansion of that service within North America.
