The XPL2010 series of ultra-small magnetically shielded power inductors feature inductance values up to 220 µH squeezed into a 1.9 X 2.0 mm package. They are available with 22 inductance values ranging from 0.20 to 220 µH and their soft saturation characteristics fit dc-dc converter applications.
For example, the 10 µH version (XPL2010-103ML) has a 0.56 Ω typical DCR, a SRF of 28 MHz, an Isat of 0.525 A (with 20% drop), and an Irms of 0.49 A. The inductors are AEC-Q200 Grade 1 (-40°C to +125°C) qualified for use in harsh automotive environments and their MTBF is 26,315,789 hours.
