The part offers a tuning voltage from 0.5 to 3.0 V, operates at 2.7 V, and draws only 6 mA — all from a surface mount package measuring a mere 0.2 x 0.2 x 0.04 in.
Additional features include a commercial temperature range of –20° to 70°C, a spectral purity of –82 dBc/Hz, typically, at 10 kHz from the carrier.
