Ultrathin dc/dc converter targets
avalanche photodiode apps
Low-cost subminiature device has a footprint
of 29.2 x 4.06 mm
Priced below $20 for high-volume applications,
the SIP90 dc/dc converter provides an output of
from less than 10 to 90 V at a current of up to 1
mA. Suitable for avalanche photodiode biasing,
the device has a footprint of only 29.2 x 4.06 mm
and a height of 13.97 mm.
The converter accepts an input from 2.7 to 6.7 V
as well as a programming voltage from 0 to 4.5 V
that is inversely related to the output voltage.
With a ripple of less than 2 mVp-p, the device's
line and load regulation is less than 0.06% and
0.025%, respectively.
Temperature coefficient is less than 200
ppm/°C. Power output varies less than 0.01%
per hour after warm up. (From less than $20
ea/large qty–available now.)
