Unity-gain amp handles ±270 V common mode

The LT6375 precision unity-gain difference amplifier has integrated precision matched resistors and features a common-mode voltage range of ±270 V and CMRR of 97 dB. The IC operates from a 3.3 to 50 V supply voltage with 350 μA supply current.

The amps initial gain error is 35 ppm max, gain drift is 1 ppm/°C max, and gain nonlinearity is 2 ppm max, with a common mode divide ratio of 25:1. It has seven different divider ratios to choose from. The device comes in a 4 x 4 mm DFN14 or a MSOP16 package and is specified over -40° to 85°C and -40°C to 125°C. Price starts at $2.95 ea/1,000.
