Up-converter delivers 23-dBm IIP3

Suited for point-to-point radio, LMDS, SatCom, and VSAT applications, the 17 to 34-GHz XU1010-QH GaAs pHEMT SMT-packaged up-converter integrates a linear, balanced resistive pHEMT mixer, LO buffer amplifier, and LO doubler within a fully molded 4 x 4-mm QFN package. Features include an IIP3 of 23 dBm, a conversion loss of 10 dB, and an LO drive level of 2 dBm.
