A UPS controller, batteries with buffer, and redundancy modules were added to the 787 series of the Advanced Power Supply line. The modules minimize downtime by shielding complex automation systems and components from common disturbances such as voltage fluctuations, harmonic distortion, and outages.
The UPS Controller operates at 95% efficiency and has an operating temperature range from 10 to 60C. The system modules are encapsulated in a DIN-rail-mount metal housing, and include three status LEDs each. The UPS provides configuration and monitoring software.
