USB 2.0 transceiver has tiny package

The CY7C68003 MoBL-USB TX3LP18 high-speed USB 2.0 transceiver is available in the industry’s smallest packagea 20-pin WLCSP (wafer-level chip-scale package). The package measures only 2.2 mm x 1.8 mm20% smaller than competitive solutions.

The part is compliant with the UTMI and Low-Pin Interface (ULPI) standards and operates over the industrial temperature range. It has a PLL to supply USB clocking, a 0.5 µA nominal sleep mode, and a wide input supply voltage range of 3.0 to 5.8 V. (Contact company for pricing—samples available now.)
