The Flash Padlock family of USB 2.0 drives is said to be the safest way to secure data on easily portable devices. The drives have touch-pad security PIN entry system and are impervious to brute force hacks or keystroke loggers that would defeat a software-secured flash drive.
The low-cost 1- and 2-Gbyte devices have a customizable PIN that can be up to 10 digits long. ($30 and $40available now.)
