UV-curable epoxy offers viscosity to 45,000 cps

Suited for aligning parts and bonding irregularly shaped surfaces, the UV10TK40 is a UV-curable, no-mix epoxy resin system offers rapid curing at room temperature in the presence of air when exposed to UV light. The epoxy is not oxygen inhibited, and offers a Shore A ≥75 surface hardness, a high-heat stability (94°C Tga) and a viscosity of 35,000 to 45,000 cps.

It also has a typical tensile strength of 8,300 psi, a Young’s modulus of 245,000 psi, and an elongation at break of 6%. The epoxy contains no solvents or other volatiles and is 100% reactive. It is available in ready-to-use syringe applicators. (Contact James Brenner for pricing and availability.)
