The LTC2960, a 2.5 to 36V, two input voltage monitor draws 850-nA quiescent current, helping extended battery life in portable applications. The device provides two adjustable monitoring inputs that can provide undervoltage or overvoltage monitoring, low battery indication, undervoltage lockout, power supply sequencing signals, or a high voltage window comparator for microprocessor, dc/dc switcher or LDO based systems.
The voltage monitor is available in commercial, industrial and automotive versions, with operating temperature ranges from 0° to 70°C, –40° to 85°C, and –40° to 125°C, respectively. It’s available in a 2 x 2–mm DFN or ThinSOT package.
