The E series of multilayer varistors is designed to ensure protection from current surge pulses in automotive electronics. Innovative glass passivation ensures that the devices are rugged and reliable. The operating voltages range from 14 to 40 Vdc.
The varistors have greatly reduce leakage currents and are characterized by increased temperature stability up to +150°C. Electrical characteristics of the components remain stable after repeated pulse exposure. The components are lead-free and RoHS compatible. PSpice libraries for the E series are available.
