The SiT3702 differential-output voltage-controlled MEMS oscillator (VCMO) targets high-performance networking, data communications, and processor applications. Features include a programmable frequency range up to 800 MHz, a stability as low as ±10 ppm, and configurable LVPECL, LVDS, CML or HCSL output signaling.
Available in 7.0 x 5.0 x 0.9-mm and 5.0 x 3.2 x 0.75-mm packages, the part offers an operating voltage of 1.8, 2.5, or 3.3 V and a pull range of ±30, ±60, ±120, and ±240 ppm.
