The CVCO55CC-2610-2625 VCO operates from 2,610 to 2,625 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5 to 4.5 V and a typical phase noise of –120 dBc/Hz at 10-kHz offset. Output power is typically +7 dBm.
Pulling and pushing are minimized to 2.0 MHz and 0.2 MHz/V, respectively. Housed in an industry-standard 0.5 x 0.5-in. SMD package, the part also features an input voltage of 8 V, with a maximum current consumption of 30 mA. Second-harmonic suppression is –15 dBc typ. (Contact company for pricing and availability.)
