VCO features low phase noise

The RoHS compliant CRO2211B-LF VCO operates at 2,184 to 2,238 MHz with a tuning voltage range of 0.5 to 4.5 Vdc. It features a typical phase noise of 110 dBc/Hz at 10-kHz offset and a typical tuning sensitivity of 22 MHz/V.

In addition, the part delivers a typical output power of 3 dBm at 5-Vdc supply while drawing 22 mA (typical) over the temperature range of 40 to 85C.
