VCO in UHF band offers low phase noise

Suited for digital radio and fixed wireless applications, the V500ME03-LF VCO operates at 500 to 1,000 MHz with a tuning-voltage range of 0 to 11 Vdc. This VCO features a typical phase noise of –105 dBc/Hz at 10-kHz offset and a typical tuning sensitivity of 54 MHz/V.

The VCO is designed to deliver a typical output power of 10 dBm at 12-Vdc supply while drawing 25 mA typ over the –40° to 85°C temperature range.
