VCO operates from 1,370 to 1,400 MHz

The CVCO55CC-1370-1400 voltage-controlled oscillator operates from 1,370 to 1,400 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5 to 4.5 V. This VCO features a typical phase noise of –114 dBc/Hz at 10-kHz offset and an output power of 2 dBm typ.

Housed in a 0.5 x 0.5-in. SMD package, the part also features an input voltage of 5 V, a maximum current consumption of 30 mA, and a second-harmonic suppression of –25 dBc typ. Pulling and pushing are minimized to 1.5 MHz and 0.5 MHz/V, respectively. (From $18.46 ea/prod qty — available now.)
