VCO operates from 200 to 239 MHz

Measuring 1.25 x 1.25 x 0.58 in., the CRBV55FL-0200-0239 RedBox VCO operates from 200 to 239 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5 to 4.5 V. This VCO features a typical phase noise of 123 dBc/Hz at 10-kHz offset and an output power of 9 dBm typ.

Additional features include an input voltage of 5 V, a maximum current consumption of 25 mA, and a second harmonic suppression of –20 dBc typ. Pulling and pushing are minimized to 1.0 MHz and 1.0 MHz/V, respectively. (Call company for pricing and availability.)
