VCO operates from 200 to 400 MHz

The CRBV55CW-0200-0400 Red Box VCO operates from 200 to 400 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.0 to 5.0 V. This VCO features a typical phase noise of –105 dBc/Hz at 10-kHz offset and has an output power of typically 3 dBm.

Additional features include an input voltage of 5 V, with a maximum current consumption of 15 mA, and a pulling and pushing of 5.0 MHz and 4.0 MHz/V, respectively.
